H2Out is a fully transparent, non proprietary water balance product containing 14 ingredients at efficacious doses in a delicious berry flavoured powder drink as part of the Supplement Needs Performance range. It is the perfect addition to when you need the added edge of water manipulation in competitive sport; whether that’s for visual display in bodybuilding or weight class management for combat sport.
Formulated by Dean St Mart using 9 natural herbal ingredients that induce water loss (diuresis) from the kidneys alongside 200mg Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6) and 150mg PurCaf organically derived caffeine; in combination with Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium to add electrolyte balance, and Calcium D-Glucarate to support Phase 2 estrogen metabolism.
H2Out has been designed to be stacked alongside Blackcurrant Burst Electrolyte+ and Berry Astrag-Flow powder to create a fully comprehensive stack that helps to serve water manipulation goals whilst ensuring electrolyte balance and kidney function is supported.
H2Out is designed to be only used during brief periods of water balance manipulation.
Mix 1 serving (5.5g) with 500ml of water and consume 3 times per day.
Do not use 3 servings per day for more than 5 consecutive days.
Ideally, each serving can be stacked alongside 1 serving of Blackcurrant Burst Electrolyte+.
