Been taking these for 14 days I am doing day on day off training routine. I have definitely felt a increase in my strength which will contribute to my muscle mass.I take these post work out with 25g of egg White powder protein. I will see how things have gone after finishing the course of capsules. I recommend these as they do increase strength

Not the best, but great for the price, and being slightly squished does not affect it at all.
Sweet, chocolatey and quite rich, but hits the spot when you need something sweet to go with your cuppa!

Surprised by this combo flavours. I love the month and chocolate and custard cream. Works very well in my oats. I love it.
