My recent purchase of NXT whey protein and Reflex Nutrition Creatine wa spot on. More to the point the prior purchase had a product sent in error. I contacted Gymshop who offered a return of the incorrect item. Which was not required as it was the same but another brand. As good will with the most recent purchase Gymshop popped some nice freebies to make up for there error. Now that's great customer service.
