Pro Recover is made for the point straight after training when you need to get protein and carbohydrates in quickly, but a full meal isn’t always appealing or practical.

Each 80g serving provides 21 to 23g of protein and 45 to 47g of carbohydrates, depending on flavour. Dextrose gives you a fast-digesting carbohydrate source, while whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate provide the protein needed to support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
