Each serving of Mass-Tech Elite contains 3g of creatine which, taken daily, increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Carboyhdrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in the skeletal muscle.

Directions:

Suggested use: To obtain the beneficial effects, mix 1 serving (5 scoops) with 470 mL of water and consume once daily, either in the morning, between meals or post-workout. For additional calories and protein, mix 1 serving (5 scoops) with 510 mL of skimmed milk. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
